Event Info
- Duathlon is a 5K run, 15.4 mile bike, 5K run
- There will also be a stand alone 5K run event
- Individuals or teams
- Disabled and able bodied athletes welcome
- 2nd Annual Tug-O-War Challenge (after the race: email rachel@getupandmove.org to enter your team of 6)

- Registration open 6:30 - 7:45 am
- Announcements at 8 am, followed immediately by race start
Important Info:
Join IM ABLE for our third annual Duathlon and 5k event! Chip-timed event. 5k runners participate in the first leg of the duathlon only. Duathlon participants continue on to bike leg and second run. Bibs will distinguish between 5k racers and duathlon racers.
Run: Racing chairs will start 5 minutes before the rest of the competitors for the duathlon and 5K. Run/roll course follows a scenic path through to the Highlands and will be an out and back. Run & parking map
Cycle: Performed on closed Reading Blvd around a loop 6 times. We are no longer responsible for lap counting. You are responsible for keeping track of your laps.

Race-day registration will be available at increased cost: $30 for 5k only, $70 for individual duathlon, $100 for team duathlon. Participants who register after August 31 (including race day) are NOT GUARANTEED A RACE SHIRT.

**The IM ABLE Foundation will make every effort to hold the RU ABLE Duathlon at the scheduled time and date, rain or shine. In the event of hazardous conditions or other circumstances out of our control which require the event to be rescheduled, an alternate date will be selected. There will be no refunds.**
